Users can rate a toy by the following criteria: Tough and Playtime
I've found that some childrens' toys are not tough and fall apart, whist others are extremly tough.
Is it a 7 day wounder? Have you ever bought a present for a child and found that they play longer with the wrapping paper and the packaging than the toy?
One star is very bad and five stars is very good, ie. the more stars the better the toy. The Overall score is a worked out by adding the Tough and Playtime score together.
